By accessing or using CSquare360 ("Service") at https://csquare360.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

CSquare360 provides a multi-industry business management platform including CRM, lead capture, WhatsApp/Instagram automation, appointment booking, billing, inventory management, and analytics services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18+ years old to use this service
• One organization per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate WhatsApp/Instagram Business policies
• Violate Google API Services User Data Policy
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

5. Third-Party Integrations

CSquare360 integrates with third-party services including Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and Google (Calendar, Drive, YouTube). Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third-party terms of service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs.

6. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected tier (Free, Launch, Growth, Scale, Enterprise). You may cancel anytime. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

CSquare360 is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
